These terms apply to your use of the Smart Law Tech website at smartlawtech.com.au (the "site"). By using the site you accept them. Use of our software is governed by a separate written agreement with the customer firm, not by these terms.

The site is operated by Smart Law Tech Pty Ltd (ABN 39 670 227 540), an Australian company.

The site describes our software and our business. Nothing on it is legal advice, and nothing on it creates a lawyer–client relationship. Firms and individuals should obtain their own advice before acting on anything they read here.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it, interfere with its operation, or extract its content by automated means for commercial purposes.

Unless stated otherwise, the content, design, trade marks and software on this site belong to Smart Law Tech or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own reference; any other use requires our written permission.
